Welcome to The Anchor Place

At our practice, we provide trauma-informed therapy for adolescents, adults, and families throughout Canyon County and the greater Treasure Valley. Our clinicians specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, family conflict, and the lasting effects of trauma. We understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, whether you’re a parent worried about your teenager or an adult carrying years of stress and unresolved experiences. Our approach is compassionate, structured, and collaborative — helping clients build emotional regulation skills, improve communication, and create meaningful, sustainable change. We offer in-person services locally as well as telehealth across Idaho, and we proudly accept Idaho Medicaid to increase access to care for our community.

Providing you with a safe space

At The Anchor Place, every appointment takes place in a safe, judgment-free environment where you can speak openly and feel heard. We create a calm, supportive space to explore your concerns, offer guidance, and help you take meaningful steps forward at your own pace.

In-person and remote options

Before deciding if The Anchor Place is the spot for you, we offer a consultation to see if we can meet your needs. This is at no cost to you.

Your first appointment begins with a warm conversation in a comfortable, private setting. We listen to your concerns, help identify your needs, and work with you to create a personalized plan, connecting you with services, resources, or ongoing support as needed.

Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy.
