In-person and remote options
Before deciding if The Anchor Place is the spot for you, we offer a 15 minute consultation to see if we can meet your needs. This is at no cost to you.
Your first appointment begins with a warm conversation in a comfortable, private setting. We listen to your concerns, help identify your needs, and work with you to create a personalized plan, connecting you with services, resources, or ongoing support as needed.
